Arianna Rava is a senior specialist in customs compliance, international trade and import/export risk management, with 20+ years of experience in complex global environments.

Her career has taken her through Italy, the United Kingdom, Brazil and the Middle East, supporting 30+ companies with operations spanning across 50+ countries.

Over the past 7 years she has specialised in customs compliance, tariff classification, Free Trade Agreements and international logistics optimisation — holding certification as AEO Customs Manager under EU Reg. 952/2013.

She has managed high-stakes operations in regulated sectors including DG Class 1 explosives, drones for live shows and digital art logistics, coordinating complex shipments for international events including FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 (€1M+ shipments costs over 40 operations in 2 months, zero customs holds).

Through AR Consulting, she supports companies in analysing and improving import/export processes, reducing exposure to operational and regulatory risk, and in building compliance systems that help companies learn, structure and maintain a conscious approach to international operations — independent from external operators and resilient over time.
